Money Back Guarantee
Try your first 2 bottles on us! If you are not fully satisfied with Solaris Wellness, please let us know. Your refund will be completed with the verification that only up to 2 bottles were opened and the rest of the order was returned. We would also like to understand your dissatisfaction with our product. We have a 30-day money back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the remaining bottles must be in the same condition that you received them in, unopened and intact in their original packaging upon arrival back at our facility. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping
When your return is accepted, please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. When the product is received and verified to be in unopened and intact, we will process the refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
